iMovie 1.4.1 is now available for download in Apple’s App Store. A bug-fix release, the new version delivers fixes for issues involving photo transfers, restoring content from backup, and other scenarios.

According to the release notes accompanying the new iMovie 1.4.1, users will see improved reliability when sending images from iPhoto to iMovie. An issue that could affect photos in projects and trailers after restoring from a backup has also been resolved.

The update also improves overall stability, Apple says.

iMovie 1.4.1 also includes all the new features and enhancements in update 1.4 released a while back. New additions include three new trailers (Adrenaline, Coming of Age, and Teen), the ability to add photos to any trailer and have them automatically animate with the Ken Burns effect, a Precision Editor, as well as 1080p HD uploads for YouTube, Facebook, and other video services.
