14 DAY TRIAL // A separate OS X 10.9.1 update has been released for owners of MacBook Pro with Retina Display (Late 2013) models, sporting system-specific fixes and enhancements.
According to Apple Support, “This update is recommended for all 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display (Late 2013) systems. It includes all updates from OS X Mavericks 10.9.1 plus system specific enhancements to improve the stability and compatibility of your Mac.”
The company then lists the key fixes and tweaks available for all Mac users, including some Gmail fixes when using Apple Mail, Shared Links updates, a new version of the Safari web browser, and some security fixes, among other things.
