Instead of directing all book sellers to a single department, Apple has set up several lines for publishers looking to contact the company for iBooks Author support.
KB article HT5901 says, “Use this table to find the phone number for iBooks Author support for your country,” and offers a list of numbers for the United States, Australia Canada, Asia, and Europe.
Countries supported on the old continent include Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Japan is the only Asian country with iBooks Author email support and, from what I could gather, no telephone support.
