For years now Apple has been treating Asian customers to a “Lucky Bag” campaign which yields cool gifts for customers willing to shell out 36,000 yen, or around $345 / €250.
Starting January 2, the Lucky Bags promo will make the day of some Apple shoppers in Japan. I say some, not all, because only a few of the bags are actually really lucky.
Generally the 36,000 yen ($345 / €250) purchase price yields an iPod, a t-shirt, and accessories, but if you’re really lucky, you can get an iPad or even a MacBook.
According to Apple Japan, supplies will be limited, so if you live in the Land of the Rising Sun and are feeling lucky, better grab a tent and start camping out in front of your local store.
