14 DAY TRIAL // An iCloud user has discovered an upcoming new iCloud feature thanks to a glitch over at Apple’s web site. The Cupertino giant seems poised to introduce Bookmarks functionality for iCloud users.
iCloud Bookmarks have been available for a while now, but only as browser extensions. A native iCloud Bookmarks feature would aid those who switch between devices on a regular basis.
The site error appears only for a fraction of a second when users access this URL. Although the glitch has been reported for a while now, Apple has failed to remove it.
One theory suggests this page is old and refers to the existing iCloud bookmarks extensions for Chrome and Firefox. However, the most plausible scenario is Apple introducing an all-new Bookmarks feature for iCloud users.
Granted, the leak isn’t exactly earth-shattering, but it’s worth mentioning just in case it turns out to be more than meets the eye. What do you guys think?
