Apple has posted a new page on its web site to inform the masses that the company has created, and helped create more than half a million jobs across the United States of America.

“Throughout our history, Apple has created entirely new products — and entirely new industries — by focusing on innovation,” says the Mac maker. “As a result, we’ve created or supported more than 500,000 jobs for U.S. workers: from the engineer who helped invent the iPad to the delivery person who brings it to your door.”

A study by Analysis Group found that Apple has directly or indirectly created 304,000 U.S. jobs ranging from engineering to manufacturing to transportation.

The same survey found that the Cupertino giant also helped create 210,000 iOS app economy jobs. Visit Apple here for the full scoop.
