Apple has released an update for users of iAd Workbench, a tool used to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to promote apps.

According to an announcement posted on Apple’s Developer portal, “iAd Workbench, the simplest way to create and manage ad campaigns for your iOS apps, is now available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.”

Publishers can now target their ads by country, while the text displayed on banner ads can be localized in whatever language they find it suitable.

Application sellers must simply select the right audience for their IP, set the price for their goal, and build a customized banner which, according to Apple, takes mere minutes.

“Track your campaign performance and drive downloads at the cost that works for you. From start to finish, iAd Workbench puts you in control,” the company adds.
