“Our lawyers acted rapidly and obtained a formal and written apology letter”

AppGratis CEO Simon Dawlat is relentless. He is not going down after Apple’s rejection and, in fact, he claims he’s just starting.

In a new blog entry featuring another timely-themed GIF image, Dawlat continues to stress that AppGratis hasn’t done anything wrong. Any negative stories about its business model are nonsense, the CEO says.

He even managed to a get a formal apology from the guy who spread accusations about AppGratis allegedly running a “bot network” (see a scan of the original here).

The rest of the blog entry explains the company’s business model in full. It’s a lengthy read, but it’s a good read, and Dawlat makes a good case for himself and his employees. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean Apple is forced to retract its decision.
